Prior to becoming an early stage investor, James spent over 20 years in the grocery industry and was the CEO of several Tesco businesses in Europe and Asia, Carrefour France and Ahold USA.

Global Sales Execution Director at UnileverPaul is a seasoned Global Sales Execution Director in FMCG with a strong financial background (Registered Controller / RC). He has over 17 years' experience in finance, category and account management at Unilever Benelux and has been leading critical digitization and automation projects for global sales operations for the past three years. Paul's latest endeavour is to completely rebuild Unilever sales execution capability across all channels, globally.

VP of Category & Shopper Leadership at Tyson FoodsSue leads strategic engagement with Tyson’s Retail customers through best-in-class shopper marketing, shopper insights and category management initiatives. Her customer-facing, insights-driven team leverages syndicated and shopper data focused upon the in-store and near-store behavior and experiences of consumers. Prior to joining Tyson (via the Hillshire acquisition), Sue has had a successful career in the Consumer Packaged-Goods industry through various positions in retail, market research and category management. She has held roles with leading companies like Walgreens, Nielsen and PepsiCo.
Carrie Tharp
VP of Retail & Consumer Goods at Google CloudCarrie is the VP of Retail & Consumer at Google Cloud. Carrie is responsible for creating and executing Google Cloud’s global product, partner, and go-to-market strategy in the Retail industry - helping Retail & Consumer businesses unlock the power of the Cloud, ML/AI to drive value for their businesses and improved customer experiences. Previous to Google, Carrie has a broad range of experience in the retail sector through a range of CXO roles across different segments. Most recently, Carrie was at The Neiman Marcus Group where she served as Chief Digital & Marketing Officer and was responsible for all aspects of its e-commerce business across Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call and Horchow brands.
IVAN BARTON
VP Sales, Emerging Markets at BeiersdorfIvan has over 20 years' experience leading culturally diverse teams, working across a wide variety of: customers, markets and regions. Ivan has worked for a number of companies including: Colgate-Palmolive, RB and Sanofi. He has held country sales and GM roles in: UK, Australia, Russia and Central America, together with a variety of customer management roles including global Walmart and senior regional sales leadership roles in: APAC, Latin America and overall Emerging Markets. Ivan Barton is currently driving growth in emerging markets serving as the Vice President of Sales for Emerging Markets at Beiersdorf.
JILL CRESS
Vice President, Consumer Marketing at PayPalAs Vice President of Growth Marketing, Jill Cress leads the marketing teams for PayPal and Venmo aimed at driving growth by increasing consumer acquisition and engagement. Jill brings more than 25 years of payments, brand and international experience to this position. Jill has thrived throughout her career as a versatile team player who has built and led diverse teams in roles around the world. She brings a unique set of experiences having held a number of roles, including brand builder, sales leader and culture agent. Prior to joining PayPal, Jill served as Chief Marketing and Communications Officer of National Geographic Partners, leading brand and communications strategies and consumer lifecycle activities.
