This year’s WorldPride 2023 embraced the theme “Gather, Dream, Amplify” by emphasizing the importance of unity to support the dreams of LGBTQIA+ individuals. They recognize recent events like the passage of anti-LGBTQIA+ laws and restrictions to the arts create challenge for the LGBTQIA+ community. Trax encourages learning from diverse perspectives and fostering stronger connections during Pride Month. The CEO assures all colleagues that Trax is a welcoming company where everyone is respected and included. The theme for Sydney WorldPride 2023 is Gather, Dream, Amplify. We recognize the power of unity and coming together to support the dreams, aspirations, and unique journeys of our LGBTQIA+ colleagues. As such, it’s essential to recognize the challenges of the LGBTQIA+ community such as the more recent restrictions on transgendered communities and new anti-LGBTQIA+ laws in US, Uganda, Russia and other countries. We encourage everyone to learn from diverse perspectives and support one another in pursuing our personal and professional dreams. Let us use this month as an opportunity to foster stronger connections.
Pride Month reminds all of us of the importance of raising our voices and advocating for change. For all our LGTBQIA+ colleagues – know that Trax is a company where you are welcome and where we strive to create an environment where everyone feels respected, included, protected and able to pursue their dreams without fear or prejudice.

This year, we have chosen the theme “Gather. Dream. Amplify.” for our company-wide celebrations. Pride is not only about recognizing and supporting our LGBTQIA+ colleagues but also about creating a culture where everyone feels respected, included, and able to pursue their dreams.
“Gather” signifies the power of unity and coming together. Trax is truly global, and our strength lies in our diverse experiences. This month take the opportunity to be intentional about fostering stronger connections, learning from one another’s experiences, and reinforcing the bonds that make Trax an empowering space for everyone.
“Dream” represents our aspirations and unique journeys. It is important that we are aware that everyone’s experience is different. Take the time to understand diverse perspectives and lift each other up as we all pursue our personal and professional dreams.
“Amplify” highlights the impact we can have when we raise our voices collectively to advocate for change. Together, we can create an environment that celebrates diversity, promotes equality, and provides a platform for perspectives that have been marginalized. We can make a positive impact together by supporting inclusive causes and engaging in conversations that promote understanding. Keep an eye out for events and activities to honor Pride Month.

Pride month is a great reminder to honor and support the diverse journeys and struggles of the LGBTQ+ community, while advocating for a more inclusive and compassionate world for all.
This year, it has been disheartening to witness the erosion of hard-fought progress and the potential impact on the well-being and freedoms of trans people and members of the LGBTQ+ community. It reinforces the urgent need for continued support, understanding, and advocacy to protect everyone’s rights to be free to be themselves.
There is strength in numbers, and the pride marches through the month of June are a great reminder of that as we stand together, dreaming of a world where tolerance and inclusion are the norm and amplifying our voices, spreading acceptance and equality around.
