We recognize this is an enormously difficult and unprecedented time in the world. At Trax, operating in over 80 countries, we are concerned about the COVID-19 pandemic and how it is affecting our families, our businesses and our communities all around the globe.

Right now, our focus is on two things: keeping our employees healthy and safe and supporting our customers and partners.

Prioritizing the health and safety of our employees
Our employees are the backbone of our business. As circumstances evolve rapidly in each of our locations, we are following guidelines from the World Health Organization and local authorities on how to handle our working arrangements. We’ve also asked our teams across the world to stay at home and work with through digital channels as much as possible. As the world navigates the uncertainty of COVID-19, you can count on Trax for continuity of service. We are here to support your business and enable you to focus on meeting the needs of your organization.

As an entrepreneurial company with a “can-do” spirit, we remain optimistic and believe we can rise to yet another challenge. Our inspiration comes from you. You have always pushed to us to do better, be more innovative and to solve problems with you. During this time, we encourage you to share your pain points and thoughts on how we can do more for you. We will continue to reach out and hope you will share with us ways in which we can better support you.

While it’s unclear when the pandemic will be behind us, we want you to know that Trax has amazing teams across the world that remain laser-focused on your success and coming out of this together.
