Trax Partners with Symphony EYC to deliver iCapture

Powered by Trax’s leading image recognition technology, Symphony EYC’s iCapture generates actionable real-time mobile reports in-store as well as comprehensive web reports in the cloud. Accurately Execute Planograms into stores by enabling store staff to visualize the planned assortments and placement of items on the shelf;
Monitor Compliance, Improve Productivity by replacing manual auditing methods and reducing in-store auditing time up to 60%, which frees up field representatives and store employees to optimize against an execution strategy and address issues at the shelf.

“iCapture enables retailers and manufacturers to address the challenge of effective retail execution and monitoring,” said Matt Robinson, Market Development Director, Symphony EYC G.O.L.D. Solutions. “As part of our next-generation space and assortment management solutions, iCapture offers our customers the ability to dramatically improve the implementation and execution of assortments and to rapidly address issues at the shelf in real-time.”
