Through Trax’s proprietary mobile app, in-store photographs are captured by field teams from manufacturers, independent auditors, or Trax’s flexible, dedicated workforce. The app gives easy-to-use instructions on shelf, display, cooler, aisle and any location in-store, so field teams get everything they need to realize the KPIs and objectives in each store they visit. With the puzzle mode grid and image quality enhancement features, the app guides the rep through specific angles and avoids blurry images.

 

Within minutes of uploading images, the field force reps receive a list of KPI performance, as well as a list of critical corrective actions to perform in order to close execution gaps, achieve store visits and build better customer relationships with each visit. The rep can easily report on any issues, as well. Once any issues are corrected, the rep can take new images, providing a new KPI report.

Detecting data anomalies and image stitching

In real time, the images are loaded into the cloud and Trax’s data warehouse monitors images for any data anomalies, applying advanced image techniques to fine tune image capture. The stitching engine the pieces together in-store images for a single reference frame to digitally represent the full store experience. With the fine-grained recognition engines, Trax identifies every SKU on shelf and transforms those into shelf insights.

In a single place with easy-to-interpret visualizations, Trax gives you a dashboard view of all visits and you can easily monitor KPI performance to the product level.  Dig deeper at the store level and visualize the shelf exactly the way it was, highlighting SKUs from your brand, as well as competitors, giving a full planogram analysis for the retailer.
