Reporting into the Data Acquisition Services Team Lead - AMER, the Data Specialist will be responsible to Data Acquisition aspects in the regional projects: Collection flow design, DB set up, user training, collection vendor management, and quality monitoring and enforcement. They will work under the regional Data Acquisition Lead to establish best practices for data collection as well as designing new collection processes and answering data acquisition inquiries.
Responsibilities and Duties
Area of responsibilities:
- Responsible for the design of collection for new projects
- Setting up implementation of data in apps and systems
- Design best collection flow for Trax customers
- Be the point of contact for stakeholders for data acquisition inquiries
- Management of third-party collection vendors (when applicable)
- Oversee the system set up related to collection, monitoring and projects
- Monitor progress, quality and completion of the different audit initiatives
- Responsible for training and feedback to the field teams
- Work closely with R&D and Analytics team to ensure accurate and effective reporting per project
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- 2+ years of experience in technological project management/implementation
- Experience working with information systems
- Experience in Retail/CPG/FMCG market - advantage
- BSc Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Diligent with attention to detail
- Good documentation, technical writing and strong verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English
