3rd Level Support Specialist

About The Position

Join Trax as a 3rd level Support Specialist and be responsible for providing technical support and become a focal point to our regional offices and customers!


  • Handling and answering customers issues and tickets
  • Supporting customers and regional offices for Trax SaaS applications (AWS and GCP cloud)
  • In-depth investigation of issues 
  • Building and maintaining strong and close relations with customers by performing weekly / monthly calls and follow ups
  • Building and maintaining internal and external knowledge base
  • Represent technical customer’s issues within the organization (escalation to R&D, Product)
  • Work under pressure and with tight SLAs to provide excellent service


  • Knowledge of MySQL and MongoDB
  • Experience in writing SQL queries
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following investigation tools: Loggly, PRTG. PagerDuty, Grafana, Spotinst, Jira
  • Proven customer experience with technical orientation
  • Ability to handle complex projects
  • Experience in working closely with several R&D teams
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Ability to work both as a member of a team and individually
  • Previously working in a cloud environment - advantage
