They initially tested Trax’s merchandising visits at 600 CVS stores and quickly recognized the value of restocking, visibility, and real-time data. As a result, Militti Sales decided to expand the collaboration into an ongoing program, incorporating additional retailers and customizing the visit frequency for each store and retailer.
Over time, Militti Sales has set clear expectations and established effective communication with Trax. This collaboration has led to 24 separate projects managing over 5,000 SKUs across eight retailers with weekly, monthly, quarterly visits, and everything in-between.
