Responsibilities

  • Carry regional Bookings and revenue quotas 
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets 
  • Manage a team of sales reps and account managers  
  • Define account strategies and calling plans to successfully sell into Trax’s large installed enterprise CPG customer base. 
  • Define strategies for selling solution directly into targeted group of Latin Amrican CPG companies (new logos) 
  • Leverage existing industry relationships to source new customer opportunities. 
  • Drive pipeline generation by through direct selling efforts and through partnership with Trax’s account management team.  
  • Maintain a high a quality pipeline with accurate data in the company’s CRM system 
  • Collaborate with the operations teams the priorities of the region 
  • Collaborate with the product team on new opportunities and industry trends to be persued in the region 
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit across North Latam region 
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with customer stakeholders and executive sponsors and coach the sales reps and account managers to be able to do the same. 
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory to maximize profit 
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed 

Requirements

  • 10 years as a sales leader driving meaningful revenue in the CPG sales agency/broker sector. 
  • Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must. 
  • Should be able to negotiate with customers calmly and other companies to maximize customer relations and product performance. 
  • Communicate clearly and often. 
  • Must have analytical analysis skills. 
  • Must be able to plan strategies and future operation goals effectively. 
  • Should have a wide variety of skills that can be employed simultaneously. 

Education

  • A Bachelor's degree preferred.
