Field Rep Support Manager

About The Position

  • Manage the team that handles the inbound messages from field reps, including: 
  • Problem resolution  
  • Recruiting overflow 
  • Policy questions 
  • Design and maintain an organizational structure to achieve our goals
  • Minimal response times 
  • Efficient resolution 
  • Clear, concise communication 
  • Oversee recruiting, training, and evaluation of the staff 
  • Ensure that the team handles all messages with empathy and focuses on providing a great user experience, even in difficult situations 
  • Scale the team by ~2x  
  • Backstop the team on the most challenging cases 
  • Create standard responses and ensure the team uses them 
  • Gather data and work with Product / Tech, Onboarding, and Ops to help improve the overall process 
  • Assist with change requests and communicate updates 
  • Work with the data team to create reports and dashboards
