As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager you will be responsible for crafting growth marketing programs for Enterprise accounts across the Americas region designed to increase lead and pipeline generation, accelerate pipeline progression, and position Trax as the leading provider of computer vision solutions.

The role is based in the US (Denver) or remote


  • Help lead the development in robust strategy to support the ambitious revenue and sales targets.
  • Develop, maintain and execute demand generation programs aligned with business goals including; inbound, outbound, partner, and ABM marketing.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, products and the buyer's journey.
  • Orchestrate the production and publication of creative and highly informative content. Ensure that content reaches the right personas of the sales funnel at the right time.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management and product marketing to build strategic and personalized marketing programs that support sales enablement.
  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows.
  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance.
  • Deliver localization needs for regional marketing materials.


  • 5-7 years of professional marketing experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing in a tech or SaaS company.
  • Proficiency in inbound marketing software (HubSpot is preferred).
  • Proficiency in CRM applications (Salesforce is preferred).
  • Understanding of marketing and sales funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion.
  • Experience in writing content in English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of the retail/FMCG environment (strong plus).
