Her customer-facing, insights-driven team leverages syndicated and shopper data focused upon the in-store and near-store behavior and experiences of consumers. Prior to joining Tyson (via the Hillshire acquisition), Sue has had a successful career in the Consumer Packaged-Goods industry through various positions in retail, market research and category management. She has held roles with leading companies like Walgreens, Nielsen and PepsiCo.

Ivan has over 20 years' experience leading culturally diverse teams, working across a wide variety of: customers, markets and regions. Ivan has worked for a number of companies including: Colgate-Palmolive, RB and Sanofi. He has held country sales and GM roles in: UK, Australia, Russia and Central America, together with a variety of customer management roles including global Walmart and senior regional sales leadership roles in: APAC, Latin America and overall Emerging Markets. Ivan Barton is currently driving growth in emerging markets serving as the Vice President of Sales for Emerging Markets at Beiersdorf.
