Talent Sourcing Specialist

Budapest · Full-time · Experienced

About The Position

Trax is experiencing a huge growth, so we are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Talent Sourcing Specialist to further strengthen our Talent Acquisition team and support this expansion. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Support our recruitment specialists globally (mostly in Hungary, Israel, Singapore, and the US) to find our future colleagues
  • Creating and implementing efficient sourcing strategies
  • Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, as well as adopting alternative search techniques
  • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
  • Helping to build strong talent pipelines
  • Maintain candidate databases
  • Other administrative duties or responsibilities as required 

 

You’re looking for us if you:

  • Have relevant agency or in-house experience in sourcing candidates mainly for tech/IT roles (at least 2 years)
  • Have used various platforms/techniques for sourcing (e.g.: Boolean search, Stack Overflow, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
  • Can adequately communicate with candidates during the recruitment process
  • Are able to positively present our company and job opportunities to potential candidates
  • Fluently communicate in English
  • Can operate in fast and dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing demands
