Recognition Services Team Lead, APAC

Singapore · Full-time · Senior

Responsibilities

•Teams planning and allocation to implement and maintain Trax solutions efficiently and professionally 

•Define the implementation best practices and processes in order to ensure clients get high quality services

•Alignment with commercial on operational capabilities to deliver various requirements

•Work with CV to improve IR capabilities and recognition costs

•Escalation point for project issues to create an action plan and resolve

•People management – recruitment, onboarding, feedback and coaching, improvement plans

•Work with the different solution (CPG, DMX, RW, CV) on designing new features and products in a scalable, correct way

•Professional guidance for BO teams on what and how to execute tasks and actions to support the project needs

•Collect feedback from delivery teams on product and operational issues and work with the solutions on solving them

•Manage the Operations priorities list in front of CPG for operational excellence and continuous improvement

•Strong collaboration and alignment with other regional and global teams (back-office teams, DAS technical teams, Project managers, RS TL, PS, Support, team leader and members)
