  • Managing a professional services team which includes developers, quality assurance specialist, data specialist and BI analysts  
  • Working closely with Pre-sale and delivery teams, (internal customers) and R&D teams (Internal vendors) to provide the best solution on a timely manner with high quality 
  • Resource allocation, prioritizations in a dynamic changing environment 
  • Defining and enforcement of development processes and standards 
  • Building a self-sufficient unit that will work independently and efficiently 
  • Working with remote internal teams to synchronize deliveries to customers 
  • Create and maintain effective communication processes with clients 


  • 8+ years of software implementation experience 
  • 5+ years of experience managing multifunctional implementation teams 
  • Technical background and ability to understand complex technical projects 
  • Strong communication skills and excellent English 
  • Proven experience building and reporting services metrics 
  • A degree in Computer Science/ Electrical Engineering / Industrial Engineering – A big advantage 
  • Exceptional client-facing/influencing skills
