Marketing Associate

About The Position

Shopkick is on a mission to bring delight and reward to the consumer shopping experience. As part of the Trax Retail family, we are a unicorn looking to accelerate our growth trajectory as we partner with major brands and retailers, ranging from Ulta Beauty and Unilever to Best Buy and Purina, to transform the way people engage with stores and products, both online and in the physical world. 


Shopkick is in search of a B2B Marketing Associate. The ideal candidate will serve as a foundational member of our B2B Marketing Team. In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the creation, implementation and organization of sales enablement activities, including integrated marketing campaigns, competitive research, case studies and account-based marketing tactics. Your efforts will contribute to positioning Shopkick as the leading omni-channel solution in the market that enables brands to reach millions of highly engaged shoppers throughout the purchase journey. You are a resourceful, self-starter who understands how to take an idea from start to completion or find a way to do so. 

The role is full time remote, based in the US.

 Responsibilities include but not limited to:  

  • Manage, create and support the development and organization of “middle of the funnel” marketing activities (user surveys, blogs, landing pages, forms, chatbot conversations, etc.) 
  • Collaborate with sales, product and account management teams to understand new case studies needed, content to meet marketing objectives, new accounts to target and lapsed customers for re-engagement - execute tactics aligned to those needs 
  • Create workflows and manage the execution of generating lead nurturing and ABM campaigns via HubSpot, while analyzing performance, A/B testing and communicating effectively on results  
  • Manage content, interaction, engagement and results of B2B organic social media channels (primarily LinkedIn) 
  • Manage competitive intel research, creating documents aligned to sales needs 
  • Support prospect research to help build contact lists for ABM campaigns, qualify leads and support emerging brands 
  • Assist in maintaining website updates, testing content and analyzing results via Google Analytics 



  • 3+ years of marketing experience (preferably B2B) 
  • Experience with email marketing tools and campaigns 
  • Excellent communication skills along with attention to detail and time management (working on multiple projects simultaneously) 
  • Results-driven with the ability to analyze performance and communicate adjustments needed 
  • You are resourceful with creative problem-solving skills 
  • Must be team oriented with the ability to work collaboratively and responsively to 
  • rush requests and changing deadlines 
  • Extraordinary organization and documentation skills 
  • Willingness to fail - but fail fast - and learn from mistakes  

Nice to have:  

  • Paid advertising experience 
  • Experience using Wordpress 
  • Experience using Google Analytics 
  • Familiarity with and Salesforce
