About The Position
We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator to join our Trax team!

-3-5 years of hands on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, working on projects and on-going support.
-Must have strong knowledge in standard salesforce configuration including – workflows, validation rules, process builder, flows, permissions, custom and standard objects and fields, security and user management.
-Experience and expertise using data loader.
-Creation of dashboards and reports.
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
-Ability to solve problems, ongoing user support and incident management.
-Able to manage and follow tasks, tickets, and design documents.
-Experience with connected applications (preferred).
-Fast learner of new content and solutions.
-Works well within a team as well as strong ability to work independently.
-Salesforce Admin certification (preferred).
-Able to work and adapt to a fast-changing environment and company
-Fluent in English and Spanish
