Information Security Specialist

About The Position

Trax is looking for a tech-savvy and highly motivated Information Security Specialist, to be a part of a global, dynamic environment and take responsibility for information security domains, systems, processes, and activities.

How your daily tasks will look like:      

  • Manage and maintain security systems such as EDR/VM/CSPM/SIEM//MDM/IdP/CASB/VPN/email security etc.
  • Research, evaluate and perform POCs of new security solutions
  • Lead large security projects, including the design and deployment of new security systems and services
  • Participate in incident management processes and activities
  • Promote activities to meet policy compliance
  • Execute routines to meet KPIs and measure
  • Generate and review security reports for continuous improvement
  • Write security procedures, prepare diagrams and perform evidence collection documentation
  • Work closely with IT ops and engineering to promote processes and activities
  • Respond to security related tickets

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various protocols such as SMTP, HTTP/TLS, SSH, FTP, SAML, X509, LDAP and general networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of and experience with Windows, Mac and Linux platforms
  • Experience in SaaS and cloud-based environments
  • Cloud providers: AWS, GCP
  • IdP: Okta
  • SIEM: Azure Sentinel
  • EDR: SentinelOne
  • Email security: Proofpoint
  • VPN: Proofpoint Meta Networks
  • Excellent English both written and spoken

  • Knowledge of PaloAlto Prisma Cloud
  • Web security: Cisco, Symantec, Menlo
  • Encryption: Hashicorp, AWS/GCP KMS, Azure Key Vault, SecureW2
  • Vulnerability management solutions: Qualys VMDR
  • MDM solutions: Workspace One, Intune, Jamf, Kandji
  • CASB: Zscaler, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, McAfee, Netskope
  • WiFi security: Cisco Meraki
