We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for finding, assessing and attracting talents into our organization.

- Manage end to end recruitment cycle – from sourcing, interviewing and finding the right candidates.
- Schedule interviews and own the candidate experience from connecting to feedback to ensure the process runs smoothly.
- Conduct phone interviews and in-depth HR interviews.
- Proactively source and effectively utilize social media networks as well as implementing new recruitment practices.
- Create good experience for candidates, communicating with candidates on a regular basis.
- Partner with the hiring managers, serve as a focal point for recruitment issues under your responsibility.
- Maintain accurate data in the recruitment system.
- 3 years of experience in technological recruitment, preferably from placement firms.
- Experience in E2E recruiting cycle: sourcing, interviewing, running an effective process.
- Experience in recruiting via social networks (such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct interviews.
- Fluent in English (both written & verbal).
- A "can-do” attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to details.
- Great learning capabilities.
- Great team player with ability to engage stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in a relevant field.
