Trax is looking for a Learning & Development Manager to join our Global People & Culture Team. You understand that our employees are our most asset and you are passionate about helping them learn and improve themselves. You will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of effective learning solutions across Trax, building a strategic learning development plan based on the employees’ wants and needs, but also based on the organizational goals.
This role reports to the Head of Global People & Culture. Located in Tel-Aviv.
o Partner with Management and HR to implement a strategic plan for employee learning and training as pert of their growth and development.
o Assess both individual, departmental and organizational learning and development needs.
o Curate learning content and assess relevant learning and development options
o Identify skills gaps and future learning requirements of employees
o Co-ordinate the logistics of training sessions both in-person and virtually
o Stay on top of latest learning and development products and approaches
o Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Global L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar role in a global organization
o Experience of designing, implementing and evaluating a variety of training solutions
o Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
o Highly developed interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization
o Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to work both autonomously and as a team player
o High-level English (Native-level preferred)
o Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s Degree in related field preferred
o Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
