Quarter one

January

At the beginning of 2024, our team participated in the FMI Winter event. David Gottlieb, Chief Revenue Officer and Matt Greene, Vice President Enterprise Sales and Account Management represented our team at the event, where they engaged with numerous industry leaders and explored potential opportunities. To wrap up January, we kicked off the year energized, focusing on bold strategies to enhance customer engagement, embracing the theme of “Think Bold” with a collaborative and innovative activity event with clients. This energized our teams for the exciting year ahead. We were thrilled to have our esteemed partners Mars, Tyson Foods, Arc Worldwide, and Tru Fur join us for insightful presentations and discussions. Together, we’re poised to revolutionize retail operations with dynamic solutions and expert guidance.
Quarter one

February

This month, we had an incredible experience at the CMA-SIMA Conference. Not only did we attend, but we also proudly sponsored, hosted a meeting room, and introduced our signature “Spicy Traxarita”. Our team was fully engaged, attending insightful sessions and connecting with top brands. We’re excited to have been part of this dynamic event and look forward to fostering more impactful collaborations. To wrap up this short month, our Shopkick team led an engaging workshop at ADWeek Commerce Week. Partnering with Mondelez, we dove into “From Click to Brick: Optimizing the Consumer Journey from Awareness to Conversion,” showcasing our cutting-edge strategies to transform retail operations.
Quarter one

March

To kick off the month, our team attended the Natural Products Expo West, engaging in transformative conversations. We hosted an exceptional after-office happy hour on a vibrant terrace, where numerous brands joined us for networking and relaxation. To wrap up the month with a bang, we attended Shoptalk. Our Shopkick team engaged with industry leaders to bring our clients cutting-edge insights and innovative retail solutions. It was a dynamic and engaging way to close out the month.
Quarter two

April

We kicked off April by hosting Trax Connect, a marquee client event in Miami. This gathering brought together industry leaders, including partners like Mondeléz and Lindt & Sprüngli, to explore innovative retail solutions that drive measurable results. Insightful speakers from Tru Fru, Mars, and Nestlé shared strategies for leveraging data and technology to stay ahead in retail. Clients also benefited from one-on-one consultations and collaborative sessions, solidifying partnerships and actionable plans for success. Later in April, Trax presented at the LEAD Marketing Conference, leading the discussion on “Loyalty Disrupted: Transforming Consumer Relationships in CPG” – offering fresh insights into how brands can evolve loyalty programs to meet the needs of modern consumers.
Quarter two

May

In May, Trax took the stage at the Analytics Unite event in Chicago, where Matt Greene, Vice President Enterprise Sales and Account Management, and Keah Lonergan, Senior Solution Engineer Team Leader, delivered a session titled “Navigating the Hype Cycle in Retail Technology: Lessons from the Past Decade and Insights for the Next.” This session primarily addressed the difficulties CPG companies encounter in making decisions that best benefit their organizations. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Building on this month’s enthusiasm, we enjoyed a remarkable time at the Grupo Ohla 2nd Latin American Summit. An enlightening session featured our own Rifka Berstain, Vice President, Enterprise Account Management and our valued partner Nicolas Aranguren, Category Director Hispanics at Kraft-Heinz. They shared crucial perspectives on the subject “Conquering the Latin American Market: Kraft-Heinz’s Innovative Approach.” To wrap up a busy month, our team participated in the Sweets and Snacks event in Indianapolis. There, we had the opportunity to engage with various brands and establish significant relationships.
Quarter two

June

This month, we began our journey abroad with Shoptalk in Europe. Trax engaged with internationally recognized brands, showcasing how our solutions transform retail execution worldwide. In Brazil, Trax sponsored the Trade Connection event, setting up an interactive booth to demonstrate live use cases of our solutions for retail partners. Simultaneously, Sarah Jankowski, Director, User Growth and Integrated Marketing presented at the Grocery Dive virtual event, alongside Wells Enterprises, sharing innovative omnichannel strategies in “The Future of Omnichannel Grocery: Wells’. Our team attended the Summer Fancy Foods event, where we had the chance to engage with numerous brands and form lasting connections. To conclude this month, we sponsored the Path to Purchase Retail Summit. During the event, we not only attended but also held a session on stage led by Sean O’Dowd, Sales director and Tyson Foods. The session, named “Insight to Impact: Using In-Store Data for Retail Execution Strategies,” was both informative and engaging for the audience.
Quarter three

August

This month, our team participated in the NACDS TSE event. We set up a booth there to engage with clients. We had productive discussions with numerous brands, including Bayer, Abbott, and Energizer Holdings. Additionally, we organized an offsite Happy Hour, which provided an enjoyable opportunity to network with other brands. We also participated in the MediaPost Brand Insiders Summit. As sponsors of the event, we were ensured scheduled meetings, during which we engaged in productive discussions with various brand managers and key decision makers.
Quarter four

October

To kick off the month, we dominated Las Vegas with two simultaneous events: NACS and Groceryshop. Our presence was powerful and engaging, filled with innovative Trax solutions. We capped off the events with an unforgettable after-office happy hour at a secret venue in the Bellagio hotel, featuring Trax-branded drinks and an incredible mentalist who wowed our attendees with his mind tricks and people-reading skills. It was an electrifying experience for all!

November

This month kicked off with a bang as the Shopkick team rocked the P2PI Live event. Natalie Strickler, Senior Account Director and Meara O’Neal from Nestle led an insightful session on “Uncovering Hidden Gems: The Value of Secondary Distribution Channels.” Adding to the excitement, our dynamic CMO, Brittany Billings, was honored with the esteemed Women in Excellence award, highlighting her stellar leadership and contributions to the industry. To wrap up the month, we attended the MediaPost CPG Summit, engaging in insightful conversations and hosting a dinner with attending brands. This dynamic event was part of our strategic sponsorship, showcasing our industry leadership and dedication to revolutionizing retail operations.

December

To wrap up the year, we attended two back-to-back events: NOSH and BevNET. Our presence was exceptional, and we engaged with numerous brands, showcasing how our innovative solutions can elevate their operations. Our expertise and dynamic approach left a lasting impression, highlighting our commitment to their success.
